Now, the reason why we've removed the footage showing JFK Jr. striking back at pesky photographers:

We've received a "cease and desist" letter from the law firm of Kaufman, Feiner, Yamin, Gildin & Robbins, claiming they represent the owner of the video and demanding we stop running it — or else.

We post the letter as a warning to any others who, like us, may have obtained a copy of this video:

Many television journalists were familiar with the JFK Jr. video before we ran it on tabloidbaby.com. When we were given a copy of the tape, we were told it was shot by unknown freelance, amateur "stalkerazzi" who provoke confrontation to get compelling images to sell to magazines and magazine shows.

We never imagined anyone would own up to having shot the video, but indeed, a legitimate paparazza wants the world to know it belongs to her.

Her company has its own website, and its own memories of John F. Kennedy Jr. You'll recognize some of the very historic photos they've taken:

The staff, and group of journalists and writers who contribute to tabloidbaby.com aren't in a position to go to court over the JFK Jr. video.

We urge anyone who has an unauthorized copy of the video to destroy it!

We offer our sincere apologies to the owner of the video.

But we hope we gave you an idea of how the sausages are made!
